'Tracker', ready loaded onto the W760i, is perfect for the keen runner. Enter your details of age, gender, weight and height and then just start running. Thanks to its GPS capability, W760i will keep make sure you can always know how far you have run, how fast, and over what time. Once you have finished your run, you can go back through the data to review your pace at any given point, to see where you slowed.

Run the same course again and thanks to Ghost Runner, you can real-time monitor yourself against previous efforts. The application doesn't stop there, by connecting your phone to your pc, you can simple export a file to Google Earth or training sites like MapMyRun to share your route, time and pace with others.

Just in case you run so far you dont know how to get back, the built in Google Maps application will allow you to find any destination via postcode, road name etc and then plot the best route back to get you home.

Volume control is adjusted by holding the phone face up flicking wrist up or down to raise or lower the volume directly, just pressing the Walkman™ key on the side of the handset.
